I would like to personally thank each and every one of you, our wonderful, committed and amazing volunteers, for the time, energy and commitment you give. We are so grateful to be able to work alongside such wonderful people, with such dedication and care for others. Your contribution means the world to us and the homeless you feed.
We would like to thank our volunteers who so generously give their time, energy and spirit and to our financial donors who enable us to effectively carry out our mission and provide food for the homeless. New faces dotted this year’s volunteer landscape but all were welcomed, mentored and made to feel at home by those of you who continue to volunteer year after year. Without your leadership we would be lost and without new blood we would not have the bright future that lays out ahead of us. Bailey’s Cross Road Shelter warmly welcomes donations of clothing and shoes. Most donations are directly donated to the residents. You can drop off your donations during the day or on Saturdays during our shelter dinner events.
